SecurityOps supports security operations workflows including shift scheduling, attendance tracking, geofenced sign-in/sign-out, optional NFC verification, patrol proof capture, site-locking proof capture, incident reporting, visitor and vehicle logbook entries, security integrity event logging, compliance document storage, notifications, and reporting (including PDF exports).

• Location data (GPS coordinates at sign-in/sign-out/patrol proof time to verify presence at configured site boundaries).

• Incident report data (type, description, witnesses, emergency services, declarations, and linked photos).
• Visitor and vehicle logbook entries (names, vehicle details, entry/exit times, and related notes).
• Security event data (e.g. device clock integrity signals recorded during patrol windows).
• Optional NFC scan payloads used to verify checkpoint/site tags when enabled by a customer.
• Compliance records (e.g., SIA licence, DBS, right-to-work and related documents uploaded by users).
• Device and technical data (device model, app version, push token, IP, logs for reliability/security).
• Communication data (contact forms, support requests, admin notification preferences).
